RAMP

Warming your body up properly before a workout can enhance your results and minimize injury risk.  The ideal warm-up can vary from person to person but usually we recommend some combination of a general movement designed to increase temperature and blood flow and some sort of rolling/active release.   Following that, we always have our clients perform a RAMP (Range of Motion, Activation, Movement Prep. Join us live every Monday at 8:15 am PST to follow along with a new RAMP. That way you can follow along, spruce up your warm-ups to ensure you're activating the correct muscle groups and stretching the areas that people tend to forget about.
