$5 Workout Challenge

Hey guys!

As some of you may already know, but we released a new feature of PI called the $5 Workout Challenge! Through our Ko-Fi page, you are able to submit a minimum $5 donation in exchange for the weekly workout. One of our trainers, Matt Kerr, will be in charge of the programs every week so you sure will know that it will be something fun!

These workouts do not require equipment unless stated ahead of time. These workouts will also be posted through Mindbody VIdeo on Demand, our booking/ scheduling platform. We will need you to get set up with an account with Performance Institute through the Mindbody app.

What are the steps?

  1. Click our KO-FI page, and submit your donation! - make sure to leave us your email and make it a private message. Ko-fi should have that option for you

  2. Shortly, you should get an email from one of our admin staff with the PDF version and steps to access your online account with us. - depending the time of day you submitted, allow 0-1 business day to get your invite. We are not always on 24/7 (as much as we want to! :D)

  3. Let us know if you have not received any of our emails then we will check our services and get back toyou.

  4. Have fun!
