Sport Speed
Speed is a game-changer, but most team sports focus on the tactical and technical aspects, leaving little time for sprint training. Our athletes follow a proven system that develops sport-specific speed, covering form, acceleration, top speed, cutting, and deceleration.
Plyometrics and Power
When fractions of a second matter, power is a must. Age appropriate plyometric training is a proven method to build spring, explosiveness, and injury prevention.
Core, Strength and Injury Prevention
All else being equal, the stronger athlete wins. We prioritize building core strength in youth athletes to enhance stability, success, and injury prevention. Our training teaches them to use their entire body as a cohesive system, improving resilience during collisions. Coaches also focus on correcting muscle imbalances and improving posture for long-term health.

3 month 2x/wk membership ($320 month) or
12 month 1x/wk ($160/month) membership
