  • External loads typically ranging from 30–60% of your 1-rep max

The goal isn’t just to go hard—it’s to go hard appropriately. Loads, work-to-rest ratios, and exercise selection are all scaled to the individual, ensuring progress without compromising technique or recovery.


What NTAT Looks Like in Action

Below are two sample NTAT-style circuits similar to what you might experience inside the D2S program.

Sample Circuit 1

Warm-Up

  • Range of motion & mobility work
  • Movement prep

Circuit

  • A1. TRX Squat Jump – 20s work / 40s rest
  • A2. Ball Slams – 20s work / 40s rest
  • A3. Mountain Climbers – 20s work

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for 3 total rounds.

Progression Option (after 3–4 weeks): Increase work intervals to 30 seconds and reduce rest to 30 seconds.


Sample Circuit 2

Warm-Up

  • Range of motion & mobility work

Circuit

  • A1. All-Out Bike Sprint – 30s work / 30s rest
  • A2. Dumbbell Push Press – 30s work / 30s rest
  • A3. TRX Row – 30s work / 30s rest
